First-party product analytics

With your permission, we record page visits, feature interactions, anonymous visitor/session identifiers, acquisition source, language, device category and application version on our servers. We can associate these events with your signed-in account, reports, orders and task records. Analytics events exclude photos, scores, prompts, passwords and payment payloads. Declining does not affect product use; you can change your choice through Privacy preferences. Necessary registration, payment and task records are maintained separately. Behavior logs are intended for a 90-day analysis window and administrators manage their deletion; deleting an account also removes its linked analytics records.

1. Photos and report data

Standard and Deep photo measurements run in your browser. Original photos, photo previews and raw face landmarks are not uploaded to our server when you save a report.

If you choose AI styling and confirm its separate consent, the selected photo is sent through our server to Kie.ai and its underlying image-model provider. Kie.ai temporarily hosts the reference photo to process generation. This website does not persist the original photo in its database or image storage. Provider handling and retention are governed by their policies. We save generated styling images in Cloudflare R2, together with template choices, task identifiers, credit transactions and your account/report association so you can reopen and download them. Contact support to request deletion of saved images and account data.

When you choose to save a Deep report, we send and store the overall and four category scores for your initial photo and up to two optional additional photos. For new scans, this also includes eight derived landmark ratios (eye spacing, mouth width, nose length, lower-face share, horizontal mirror error, jaw width, eye width and eye-to-nose distance, each relative to face width or height) and photo input checks (face width and height as fractions of the image, head-level and head-turn proxy values). Older scans may contain scores only. File fingerprints may be stored to reject repeated copies without storing the photos.

We store these derived numbers and the generated report, including combined scores, medians, observed ranges, measurement consistency, explanations and photo advice, with a report ID, creation date and your account ID so you can reopen it. These saved numbers are distinct from the original photos and raw face landmarks, which stay in your browser. We also store account and order information to verify purchases. Stripe processes your payment details; we do not receive your full card number.

2. Technical data

The hosting platform may process ordinary technical information needed to deliver the website, such as request metadata, browser information, and security logs. Do not upload sensitive personal information into forms that do not request it.

3. Cookies and local browser data

The free scoring flow does not require an account. Signing in uses session cookies. Photo previews and analysis results are kept in browser session storage so they survive page refreshes; close the tab or start another analysis to clear that local result. Saved reports and purchase records remain associated with your account. Contact support for data access or deletion requests; billing records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.

4. Analytics and Google advertising

If enabled for this website, Google Analytics and Google AdSense may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, and advertising identifiers. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.

We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, uploaded images, or other directly identifying information to Google advertising or analytics services through ad tags, URLs, or data-layer events.

You can control personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info.

Before personalized ads are enabled for visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the site will use a Google-certified Consent Management Platform integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework. If you do not consent to personalized advertising, only non-personalized or limited ads may be shown where permitted.

Other advertising vendors may be used only when configured in the site administration settings. Their own privacy notices and opt-out controls will be linked or made available when those vendors are enabled.

5. Children and sensitive images

Do not upload photos of minors or anyone who has not consented to the use of their image. Do not upload medical, identity-document, or other highly sensitive images.

6. Future changes

If a later version changes how we process or store personal data, this notice will be updated before the change is enabled.
